Home Authority Lending LLC provides this notice for its public website. This notice covers website information and inquiries; it does not replace financial privacy disclosures provided in connection with mortgage services. Website inquiry forms are not a completed mortgage application.
Information you provide
The mortgage calculator performs calculations in your browser. You can calculate an estimate and download a PDF without supplying contact information. If the email-delivery feature is available and you request a PDF, we process your email address, telephone number, calculator inputs and confirmation of the sharing notice to fulfill that request. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, identity documents, tax returns or other sensitive application documents through this website, WhatsApp or general email.
If you request a callback, we process your full name, email address, phone number, contact permission, and any property state, purchase budget, down payment or refinance details you provide. These details are used to respond to your inquiry. This short form is not a completed mortgage application. When inquiry delivery is enabled, Resend delivers these details to Home Authority Lending.
Website operation and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and access control. These services may process IP addresses, request and device information, authentication information and cookies needed to operate and protect the website. When the calculator email feature is enabled, Resend processes the requested estimate and contact information for delivery. The feature sends the estimate to your requested email address and notifies Home Authority Lending of your email address and telephone number.
The current website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Links to WhatsApp and other external services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
How we use and share information
We use website information to operate and secure the site, fulfill requests, respond to questions and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell leads or share customer information with unrelated companies for those companies to market their own products or services. Service-provider processing needed to fulfill a request is different from sharing for outside marketing.
Requesting an estimate does not by itself authorize automated marketing calls or texts. For questions about communications or to request that marketing stop, contact us using the details below. Any future marketing activities will require the applicable consent and communication choices.
Security and retention
HTTPS encrypts information sent between your browser and this website. No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Information sent by email or handled by service providers may remain in those systems after your request is completed. Contact us about retained information or to request deletion; applicable recordkeeping obligations and service-provider practices may affect what can be deleted.
